It would be rude not to put up another video for the kind folks commenting on my Jamie Oliver FoodTube debut. This one was filmed after a long day’s hard work, and the jokes deteriorated with every sip of wine!
This proper Chicken Jhalfrezi is basically the perfect after work curry. Our answer to wok-style cooking, it combines easy to find fresh ingredients with cupboard ready spices for a end result that never fails to hit the spot – spooned over toasted pitta, tucked into rotis or served with a dal and rice if energy levels allow.
Just don’t say limp, will you?

Finally…..doing the *chicken* dance here. A real jalfrezi cookout to watch and learn from. See, here’s the thing- have always been very worried to even try this recipe out at home thinking the name itself was too exotic to give it a roundabout. But it’s super darn easy the way you show it. And not to take away from the cooking…but how sexy are you Ms. Masala on a video:-)
LMAO. The level in your wine glass was up and down like a yo-yo!! This was slightly different from the recipe in your book which I have made many times and love. The video version seemed simpler or maybe I missed something while I was keeping an eye on your wine glass.
